The image is a mirror and a window. Failure sends you to the mirror, where a leader takes the blame even when the fault sits elsewhere. Success sends you to the window, where the credit goes to everyone else. That second half is the harder one, because after a good week you want people to know it was you. Your team notices which kind of leader you are.
