The Eisenhower Matrix sorts your work by importance and by urgency. Camp pushes you into the urgent box, because something is always on fire. The quadrant that actually changes your season is the one that is important and not urgent: training a counselor, building community, getting enough sleep. I have found that time spent there shrinks the number of crises you have to handle later.
