Lesson 27 of 50 · In brief

Social Power

Social power is the ability to influence another person, and most of us hold more of it than we notice. It comes from expertise, from a title, or simply from being well liked. Used badly it produces bullies, who only hold that power because other people keep handing it to them. Used well it means keeping the quieter campers close and finding the talent nobody has spotted yet.

This is the short version. The full lesson, with the story behind it, is in the book.

The book has all fifty, with room to breathe.
