That’s why I created Ilove.Camp, the first space built just for camp pros to connect year-round. Here, you can share ideas, trade stories, and keep the campfire burning no matter the season.
Meet Matt
Hi, I’m Matt. Camp has been a central part of my life, not just as a job, but as a calling. I’ve been at camp since I was four years old, and along the way, I realized that the lessons we learn at camp are some of the most valuable leadership lessons you’ll ever find.
I started Ilove.Camp to bring together camp professionals who believe, like I do, that camp changes lives. Beyond the summer season, we all need a place to connect, support each other, and keep learning.
I’m also the author of The Summer Camp MBA: 50 Leadership Lessons from Camp to Career, a book that shows how the values of camp translate directly into the workplace and beyond. But more than anything, I see myself as a fellow camp person, someone who loves camp as much as you do.
The Vision
Ilove.Camp is just the beginning. My vision is to grow this into a thriving network of camp professionals worldwide, a place where ideas flow freely, collaborations happen naturally, and our shared love of camp inspires innovation in our industry.
